• "Online Communities" refers to all official digital platforms managed by TGCC, including social media groups, WhatsApp communities, LinkedIn pages, forums and other community-based environments.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual or entity that accesses, interacts with or utilises the TGCC website, services or online communities.

TGCC offers a range of professional services including corporate training, public programmes, in-house training delivery, EIS and HRD Corp claimable programmes, MICE event management and HR consultancy services. All services are subject to these Terms of Use and any additional terms specific to each programme or engagement. TGCC reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.

As a user of the TGCC website and services, you are expected to adhere to the following responsibilities:

• Ensure that all information provided during registration, programme enrolment, communication or service engagement is accurate, current and complete.
• Refrain from any activity that may compromise, disrupt or misuse TGCC's systems, platforms or data.
• Do not upload, transmit or distribute malicious software, unauthorised content or personal data of others without explicit consent.
• Avoid using the website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to TGCC's systems, accounts or data belonging to other users.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the website, its software or digital infrastructure.
• Automated access tools such as bots, spiders or scrapers are strictly prohibited unless prior written permission is granted by TGCC.

These Terms of Use extend to all online communities managed by TGCC, including but not limited to platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital forums. By participating in these communities, you agree to:

• Maintain Respectful Engagement — Treat all members with professionalism and courtesy. Harassment, hate speech, bullying or personal attacks of any kind are strictly prohibited.
• Stay Relevant — Share content that aligns with the purpose and objectives of the group or forum.
• Avoid Unsolicited Promotion — Do not post spam, unauthorised advertisements or self-promotional content unless explicitly permitted by a designated moderator or administrator.

TGCC reserves the right to moderate, edit or remove any content that violates these Terms. Users who breach community guidelines may be suspended or permanently removed from TGCC's online communities without prior notice.

All content featured on the TGCC website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, training materials, programme outlines, videos and downloadable resources — is either the property of TGCC, licensed to us, or used with permission from third-party rights holders. Users acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.
• No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, reused or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from TGCC or the rightful owner.
• Third-party content used under licence or permission is subject to the terms of use of the original rights holder. TGCC does not claim ownership of such content.
• TGCC grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the website and its content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Logos, trademarks and service marks belonging to third parties — including licensed partners, government bodies, HRD Corp, PERKESO and clients — may be displayed on the TGCC website for informational and testimonial purposes.
